Price includes (+) when variants of product have different prices.

Dear Shopify Lovers,

i would like to change something small in my code. I’m building a store in the shopify theme (shapes). But when I have a product with different prices per variant it shows the price like this:

€2,50+ 

it would love to show this price as the following:

Vanaf €2,50

Can somebody help me with this?
