For my product I've set the price at £29.99 GBP (I'm from the U.K.) which converts roughly to $39.00 USD. This appears all fine under the homepage however in the product page it shows it as $49.65 USD??? Same rounding error occurs with Euros and other currencies but it is all fine for my local currency £ GBP.
I have no clue why this is the case even when I add to basket the product is the correct value of $39, it seems to only have this bump in the product page?
If anyone could help, I'd be truly grateful this is my store link: https://shopspylock.com/products/spylock-fingerprint-padlock?variant=54922918953340
Hi @deniz23sancar,
Your product page shows incorrect currency conversions due to possible theme code issues, misconfigured currency apps, or Shopify Markets settings. Try these steps:
If the issue persists, contact your currency app's support or Shopify Support.
Hi Coding Fifty,
Thank you so much for your reply! Although, I wasn't able to directly resolved this issue once I added the third party bundling app it seems to have resolved the pricing on the product page 🙂
Thanks again for the help!
Best wishes,
Deniz
