Trying to file a claim for a lost package through USPS. They are asking for a copy of the invoice for the sale. There is no way to print one from the options I see in the orders section.
Is printing an invoice not an option?

May I ask if USPS provided you with the information they require from the invoice? You can into your Shopify Admin > Orders > Click on the order in question > More actions > Print order page:
This will allow you to print or save the order information. Likely this should cover the information they require. Otherwise, you can use our free Shopify app called Order Printer to print a custom invoice.
