Privacy Policy Links

I have changed the location of my privacy policy from https://mydepotspot.com/policies/privacy-policy to https://mydepotspot.com/pages/privacy-policy because I like the way it looks better and the html code copies better.

But my problem is that there are privacy policy links on my checkout page (at the bottom and on sms opt in) that I can not for the life of me figure out how to change so they link to the new page and not the old one. Is this possible. I don't mind trying to change code if you can tell me what code to change.
