Hello,
I have a problem with renewing my SSL certificate at Shopify, I explain:
It’s been more than a year since I had my website (with SSL) at Shopify by connecting my domain name via the DNS zones at OVH.
The SSL certificate expired on Friday morning, January 31st, and since then, it has been impossible to have a valid certificate at Shopify. I was made to change my DNS zones as follows (Shopify support response), which I did but the certificate is still not valid 72 hours later.
Knowing that the name "@" at OVH corresponds to leaving the DNS name empty for the A/ AAAA record, this is what was in place for a year and worked.
Screenshot that Shopify support sent me and made modified attached.
I have also attached a screenshot of my DNS zones at OVH.
The two supports (OVH and SHopify) are sending the ball back, and nothing works, it’s now 3 days that my site does not work anymore: www.cbde.fr
I remain available for any questions and additional information.
