Problem with custom Theme

I can't switch my Logo on the home Page . I tried everything but it hasn't changed anything . The problem is that the website was created by my old designer and I don't have any contacts with him anymore and I can't code . I think there is a code which

If they don't customize so much your header, then please go to store admin > Sales Channels > Online Store > Themes > click "..." in the current theme > Edit code > open header.liquid file > select Original version below Recent changes and save the file.

Sure, this script code is in theme.liquid file caused the issue.
