Problem with my Get Shipping Estimates function

I am currently using the Sunrise Theme for my website, lolaproducts.com .  For some reason, when you add products to the cart then enter your Country, State, and Zip Code, it returns this message: 

Error : error {"api_carrier_service_server_error"=>"Failed with 500 Internal Server Error"}.

Does anyone know how to solve this?  Thanks in advance
