Problems accessing the help center and getting customer service

I haven’t had any luck getting any assistance. I can’t chat or get on the phone with anyone. And now the link to the help center is no longer working. I keep get the error below

The error you're receiving there looks to be browser based, or could be indicative of an issue with your internet connection. If possible, please try using a different browser to see if you have a different result. Additionally, try resetting your internet connection, or trying a different network to see if that helps. Lastly, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
