Good day,

Can anyone be of assistance?

 

I have sections on my store that's displays the product in categories and two of them aren't showing the products correctly, instead it shows 1 out of 35 products in one section and on the other "No products found

 Use fewer filters or remove all" and if I click remove all the products pop up but they were showing fine before. 

 

What should I do?

It will be better if you can share the page related URL, so that I can further check this issue.

 

Also, I notice you mentioned that two products on your store are not added in the proper categories, this may be due to the wrong section you added from Shopify admin page. It is recommended to have a further check and correct them in time.

@Llockhart96 This may be due to the wrong category set up on your backend, it is better to double-check the settings first and put the product pages to the correct collections.

 

Moreover, after clicking the URLs you shared in the reply, it is password protected and I fail to see the issue directly.

@Llockhart96 Thank you for removing the password protected here. Let me double check the two URLs you shared again.

 

For URL https://0rhwzq-gb.myshopify.com/collections/wireless-chargers/Wireless:

This means there are no products added under Wireless category on Collection pages. You can check out if added any category called Wireless and then add related wireless products under this category. Then you shall be able to see the products properly.

 

For this URL, https://0rhwzq-gb.myshopify.com/collections/speakers/Speakers:

Your category is duplicated in this URL and only one product exists here, which means either you fail to add products properly under proper category as it is duplicated, or it is related to the duplicated category so that you add the products under wrong category. This needs to be further checked by accessing Collection from admin page, kindly double check please.

Another thing, Is there anyway I can make the desktop site look exactly like the mobile site? I wasn't aware of how it looked until you sent me that picture because I do everything off of my phone.
