Product duplication within every collection error

Hello, I'm using the Dawn theme and i am trying to add products to each of my collections but all products are being duplicated into every collection.

Ive tried manually changing the automated settings for the collections and added tags to differentiate the products from each other. I've also tried deleting all collections and adding products to them manually.

I've tried to fix it using code but i cannot find the {{ product.url | within: collection }} anywhere as suggested on another forum. Please let me know if anyone can help.
