Hi all,
Can someone please have a look if something is wrong with the way I set up my products in .CSV?
Shopify > Facebook > Instagram connection is all fine. But after making changes in CSV file, Instagram only shows a product after I make a small adjustment to the product down in Shopify, and save it. Which is weird.
I'm guessing I missed something adjusting products in the .CSV file.
Can someone have a look if something is missing or done wrong?
All products have the same setup. For example:

Thanks!
Jop

- products load fine on the website
- products look fine in Shopify

Thanks!

Hey seller!
I am delighted to answer your question.
Some of the most common CSV import problems that may create significant troubles when importing files are:
1. Size of the file
One of the most frequent CSV import issues is a file that is too big. This may occur when a file has too many fields or records.
2. Mismatching:
Another significant import problem seen while uploading a CSV file involves matching. This might be the result of column names that do not match the required field names, field names that are not on the first line, or a lack of column names altogether.
3. Translation (information):
A mistake in data translation may occur if the encoding is wrong or unexpected. Another possible reason is the inclusion of non-standard, unusable characters.
5. Incomplete data
Incomplete data is one of the most common CSV import problems. Invoices that list the month and day but not the year are examples of incomplete data that can be fixed by the user.
6. Irrelevant Formats:
Irrelevant formats include basic format incompatibilities that need format normalization, such as phone numbers and social security numbers that consist only of digits and no symbols.
However, with Facebook & Instagram Shopping App, importing your data is a breeze. It is designed in such a way that your data will be mapped, validated, and imported in just a SINGLE Click.
Thank you.
We hope this answer serves you well.
