Product hidden from site search for 1 year now visible - why?

Hi folks! Hoping some bright spark can help!

First, I will give a product example here: https://retrowrestling.com/search?q=undertaker+signed+photo+congratulations&options%5Bprefix%5D=last

I was hiding this product, along with many others, from my websites search feature by adding the '1' next to the product in the hidden column via the https://yourstorelink.myshopify.com/admin/bulk?resource_name=Product&edit=metafields.seo.hidden tab.

Said products had been hidden from general search successfully for 12 months - but today I noticed they are visible when a keyword such as ‘Undertaker signed’ is searched, despite the tabs still showing '1' for hidden.

Does anyone have any info on this? I use the 'Dawn' feature. The only different thing I have done this week was add another store to my main menu, as I want to work on a new site. Although I doubt this has any influence!

And I also signed up for the Google merchant centre to improve visibility in the Google shop search, not sure if this would be problematic.

Hi folks, just wanted to update you all that, overnight, the above issue rectified itself thankfully! And the products previously seo.hidden using the '1' next to the item, are now hidden again 🙂 Must have been a Shopify glitch!
