Discuss and resolve questions on Liquid, JavaScript, themes, sales channels, and site speed enhancements.
I just added a new product, and while the product image is showing up on the product description pages, when I click on the product to purchase, is simply shows "No Image". I tried adding the relevant picture as an asset; I edited the liquid theme code above <head> as suggested in another such issue, but it has not yielded results. Help? 🙂 EDIT: I just noticed that none of the new products I have created in the last couple of days have pictures on the purchase page. https://thecreativecontessa.com/collections/videos-and-tutorials/products/cherry-blossom-sip-stitch-...

Yes. And in fact, I just edited the picture from a product added over a year ago whosle old image was showing on the purchase page, but whose new image is now "No Image". The iamges are all showing on the product page, but not on the purchase page.
Hi @TheContessa
This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App
The product is now showing this message: This product is unavailable
Please help me navigate to the product in Shopify, and check the state of the product.
1. If it is Draft, please set it to Active.
2. Make sure that you have assigned the product to a Sale Chanel ( Online Stores )
3. Make sure that you don't set it only available for some Markets only.
Hope this can help you solve the issue
Best regards,
Richard | PageFly

I double checked everything - I had accidentally set it as a physical product (which it is not). That has been fixed, but the image is still not showing up on the purchase page.
I have the exact same issue @TheContessa and it started yesterday. I was adding product fine the day before then yesterday and today no matter what I do I get no image showing. Can anyone shed any light?
That really sounds like something more systemic; my issue started yesterday as well. All of the pictures added before yesterday were and are still fine. Hmmm.....
Hi @emilynixon
Did you try to remove image and upload it again?

Shopify have got back to me with a fix - see screen shot.
Thank you so much for sharing that! Alas, I have almost zero knowledge of the back end. Where would I replace all these instances, exactly, do you know? 🙂
If you go to inline store - themes - click the 3 dots.
Select Edit Code.
On the left under templates find product.liquid.
Then replace the above code.
I am no code expert and was hesitant but it did work. Had it not I would have perhaps not known how to put it right but I did copy and paste to notes the existing code if I needed to get it back to how it was. I expect you can reach out to a shopify expert to help and give them this info so they do not need to trouble shoot to find the issue. good luck!
