Product images not showing when using Smart Product Filter app?

Hi,

I've just installed Smart Product Filter application and when adjusting the settings to my wishes I find out that my images are not showing:



Does anyone know what the problem can be?

It looks like the app's Synchronization is broken or the grid view is incorrect. You can contact the vendor or try another app like this one: https://apps.shopify.com/ultimate-search-and-filter-1. It does not have such issues.

Three year old issue, and it still happening 

@globosoftware hoping to get a fix for this.

**no images showing when filter is applied on live theme (Theme is Canopy if it helps)
