Product items that we didn't build showed up in our Shopify product database

I just found maybe 20 products in shopify that aren't ours. Nobody in our company builds new products in shopify except me and I didn't build these. They are all beads/beaded jewelry. I deleted them all but thought I'd upload a screen shot in case it has happened to others.
