When you navigate to your collections by selecting Products > Collections, do you happen to see your products listed under the created collection within the Shopify dashboard? Also, could you let us know if you are attempting to add the collection to the online store using the Theme Editor? As this information will allow me to have a better understanding of the situation and assist you accordingly.
