Product Page Reloads when QTY is changed - URGENT!

Each time I add additional quality to products before adding them to the cart The product page reloads and I lose the added quantity. Now our customers cannot add more than one product at a time. Need HELP!

This just happened recently and I did not add any APPS.

Just tested it on my end and everything seems to be working fine, I added 3 products and although the page refreshed it still had the 3 products in my cart.
