Product Page Scrolling Get Stuck on Mobile (Empire Theme)

Hello,

I would appreciate some help.  My website is TheNewVernonTruckWash.com.  I am using the Empire Theme.  My product pages get stuck on mobile when I try scrolling down or up. It moves a little and bounces back to starting position.  I attached a video showing what I am talking about.  

It looks like this person here also had the same issue, but on his Cart page: https://community.shopify.com/c/technical-q-a/scrolling-in-cart-page-getting-stuck-empire-theme/td-p.... I am having the same issue on my product page. 

Can someone please help me fix this?  Thank you.
