Product Pages - Add Hover Tooltips after Options title

Hello,

I want to add tooltips on variant options on product pages with a question mark. Those would serve to provide more information about the options themselves. However, from one product to the other, the options can vary, so I would like the tooltips to vary as well. 

Since the options on my products have an influence on the images, characteristics and prices of the variants, I can't use an app to create these options.
