Hi everyone,
I’m currently experiencing an issue with my store: the product photos are not displaying in the catalog or product listing pages. However, the images do appear correctly on the homepage (for featured products or banners), which makes me think this isn’t an upload issue.
Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
Product images are uploaded and saved in the admin panel.
Each product has a featured image assigned.
I’ve tried clearing the browser cache and using incognito mode.
Despite this, the catalog view remains blank where product images should be. Is this a theme issue or something in my product settings?
Any help would be appreciated! Here's the link to my website: https://wearmonochrome.store/
Thanks in advance.

Hey @Morafin,
I've analyzed your website's code and found the exact cause of why your product images aren't displaying in your catalog pages, even though they work perfectly on your homepage.
Your Shopify theme's catalog section is configured to use placeholder images instead of your actual product images. Looking at your code, I can see that:
The issue is in your theme's collection template configuration where the image gallery has data-product-id="" (empty) and class="hidden", which prevents it from loading real product images.
Sometimes switching to a different collection template and back fixes the configuration:
If these solutions don't work or if you're not comfortable making these changes, we'd be happy to fix this for you completely free of charge!

P.S. The issue is definitely solvable and your images are perfectly fine - it's just a theme setting that needs adjustment.

Hi @Morafin
If your product images appear in the home page but is not visible in collection page, it is probably a theme issue such as there is an missing image code or there is something wrong with your product grid template. Preview a free Shopify theme to see if it does. If images are showing there, it means that either your theme needs to be updated or that the theme developer does not use that action to display images.
