Product quote form

Hello Shopify Community,

I'm in the process of setting up my Shopify store, and I would like to add a quote form to my website.I tried to do it with some apps like Request a Quote" or "Quick Quote"  

I want to have a single page where customers can:

• Select products from my catalog.
• Enter the desired quantity for each product.
• Fill in their contact details

What I dont want is to add a product to a cart and when checking out have a form. I want to have one page where they can do it. My customers won't scroll through products page. They already know what they want so one page is sufficient. 

This way, customers can request a quote for specific products directly from one page.

My questions are:

1. Is it possible to achieve this within Shopify?
2. Are there any apps or themes that support this functionality?
3. Has anyone had experience implementing such a feature and can offer tips on the best approach?

Any suggestions or recommendations are greatly appreciated!
