Hi having problems with Porto 3.6.1 

 

They should look like above, but look like below instead. How do I fix?

What is 'porto 3.6.1'? Is this the theme that you're using in your store? If so, then this would be a third party theme that you're using in your store, and not one offered in our Theme Store. As such, it's best that you reach out to the developer of the theme directly for support with any questions you have about it.
