There are two things that you need to check for your product page.
{
"@context": "https://schema.org",
"@type": "Product",
"name": "Your Product Name",
"aggregateRating": {
"@type": "AggregateRating",
"ratingValue": "4.5",
"reviewCount": "24"
}
}
Hope that my solution works for you.

HI
thank you for your reply. unfortunately i cant find the file with this details and also im not sure where the marketing and social section is
Hey @ihs1
It's common to see "missing review" or "missing aggregateRating" if you don't have reviews for that product. It's just Google's way of asking for reviews if you have them, if not, that's ok too.
You can't add reviews that don't exist, so use a review app that allows customers to leave a review on a product. Most review apps provide the aggregateRating as you get reviews for the product. If not, you'll also need to find a structured data app that supports that review app data.
Looking at your site, I see you have a widget for Google Reviews, but that doesn't count. Google Reviews are for company reviews which can't be added to the structured data for this purpose. This particular issue is asking for product reviews.
