Product Template: Display an alert only with certain tags

Hi, hoping that a good Samaritan can help me.

I want to display an alert on my Product pages, but only if a certain tag is present in the product.

Let's say: if the product contains the tag "deal", I want the product page to display the message "Amazing Deal", like in the picture below.

However, I only know HTML, but not programming.

Would someone be willing to help me?
