Product template drop down selector in theme editor is missing some product templates

We have created several product templates (76 total product templates) in a new unpublished theme in our account. Now many of those product templates no longer show up in the drop down inside the theme editor and so we do a search but the search terms bring up random items that sometimes don't even match the search terms. We have found some with the search but many we can't find so we can't do final edits before we launch the new theme. We're also concerned they won't show up in the products section when we go to change the theme template for each product. Is there something that can be done so that all our product templates show up in the drop down in the theme editor and to ensure they will show up when we assign the new templates for each product after launch?

Hello,

I believe the Theme Editor has a limit on the templates it shows on the top list, and search options combines products, templates, pages, etc. One way to make sure all templates were successfully created is opening the Code Editor and seeing all templates are listed on the left sidebar, under Templates.

That works, thanks! Copying the exact template name then pasting in the search bar in the theme editor works every time.
