Every time I send product from website platform to a sales channel they are being rejected. The reasons they give are age, size, condition etc. Missing Values. I have all values in my tags since website platform doesn't have option for condition, age. My items do not need options like size, color etc. I sell used video games. I had to pay an expert $1000 to get my products approved to be listed on Google. Now I am trying to import same products to Microsoft Channel and my products are being rejected again. The expert wants to charge me $600 to handle this. Why are my products keep getting rejected. What am doing wrong with my listings?
Thank You!
Tom
If Google is asking for variant attributes, that means the category that is submitted or auto generated is wrong.
Go to Google Merchatn Center > Products > All Products > click on a product > at the top next to your product image you will see category, make sure this is correctly categorized.
Here is a list of categories: https://www.google.com/basepages/producttype/taxonomy-with-ids.en-US.txt
Hi @JustOgGames
The Google product categories are getting rejected because they must be different from the correct ones and automatically generated. You can add those manually or use an app to help you set these fields automatically.
The same applies to other attributes like size. Color, age, condition. Nabu for Google Shopping helps you to update your feed with all the required attributes, and it also uses AI to generate some of the attributes, which is faster and saves a lot of your time and effort.
Please let me know if the issue persists.
