Products missing after reopening store

Hello! I deactivated my store about a month ago. I re-opened it but now all of my products are gone. That is about 270 items so I am kind of losing my mind. I thought to myself "No problem, I made a CSV file". I received an email stating they were complete but it went on with a message with the following. Can anyone please help me? I have NO CLUE what I am doing with this. Any help would be so much appreciated. (I only posted the first failed line. They are all coming up with the same error.) Thank you so much. ~ Theresa
