Products not showing up immediately on collections

Hey there!

I've run into an issue where when someone viewing my collections pages do not see the products (any of them) despite them being listed. It defaults to Best Sellers, which is great, but to actually see the products, you have to change the Filter By to any other setting a few times before it will appear, and when it does show up, it THEN becomes visible on the Best Sellers Filter By list. I'm really confused and would appreciate some input. I have tried adjusting the tags, but if they work if the customer were to change the filter settings, but if they simply open up the page and do not djust them, then it appears as though the collection is empty.
