Question about paid themes

Hi,

I've just returned to my regular day job and may be able to afford a paid theme soon. I'm looking into options as I read that many of themes negate the need to install and pay for additional apps. My business is is organic and sustainable products for yoga, face, hair and baby. I currently have apps that:

1. show most recent purchases to customers in the form of a pop up

2. send customers feedback request emails after a number of days that I can set myself. 

I also need a feature that will show my site in any language and currency, although many of my products only sell in the US. 

Are there themes out there that cover these features and more without needing to pay for yearly app subscriptions?
