We are a small company and nobody on staff currently knows how to code. Our automatic email template that gets sent to customers who have just created an account on our website has suddenly stopped having the "activate account button". Nobody knows how this happened or how to fix it. I tried comparing the code from another email template we use for resetting account passwords that has the same style of button and copying over any missing pieces of coding to hopefully fix the issue but no luck.
The text of "activate your account" and the link are still there but you can't see the words unless you highlight the blank space as they are white. It's literally the "button" rectangle shape behind the "activate your account" link that is missing.
I could really use some help or assistance in knowing how to get this button back. I don't want to paste the entire code below unless it's relevant so please let me know if that would be helpful, or if there's a certain portion I should copy and paste/upload.
We are the same! Did you manage to fix this?
