"Buy Now" Button is completely gone when I uncheck dynamic checkout.

As the title says, when I turn off dynamic checkout buttons, my buy now button is completely gone. How can I fix this? I do not want dynamic checkout buttons because they confuse customers, who think that's the ONLY method they can use. Thanks
