"Dns record changes restricted for this domain"

Have you seen this issue before when adding MX records in shopify?

Domain bought via shopify. setting up a new store currently and planning to do customer support email with zoho.

I get this error when i try to add the new MX records in there.

All other records such as A, CNAME, and TXT records can be edited/added so i find this very strange.

hey, did you already managed to resolve it?

no still same error. had to get the technical support on shopify side to change it for me. are you having this too?
