I am in the testing phase. When I try to cancel and order, I get a server error. It still cancels the order and returns item(s) to inventory. I am concerned what might be happening in the background that is important.
I did create a customized product template for a few of my products to add an input field because there are not enough options for some of the products (only 3? really?) I have no idea how to troubleshoot this.

I am a newbie and have basically no coding experience, just watched a video on how to add an input field on the product page. I have tried to take out the coding I added but am still getting the error. Has anyone had an issue where they go a 'server error' when they were trying to cancel an order in Dawn? I get the error message right before I get the message 'order cancelled'.
