"Stop selling when out of stock" and it still keeps selling

Hi,

I sell physical products in my Shopify store. I have clicked "Stop selling when out of stock".

I noticed that my store has sold products which are "out of stock". Now the inventory looks "-1"

How this is possible?

I have used Back In Stock - Restock alerts -App (https://apps.shopify.com/customer-back-in-stock-alert-user-notification-app?)

Could it cause the problem?

You will need to contact that app developer's support to fix that issue. @Kjankko-US

@neilgaffreyart , have you tried unchecking "continue selling when out of stock" from that product's page on admin panel?
