hi. It's been 2 days, every time I want to upload my pictures I get this error:""there was an issue uploading the media. try again later"
and there is a somewhat similar error on the previous questions that says "there was an issue processing the uploaded media." but i have not been able to find the exact error that i got.
my pictures' sizes are suitable and I have cleared browser cache too, and I had some troubles using my wifi but i was able to solve it, and the internet is ok now. I would appreciate if anyone can help with this error.

I found your reply via Google. This is now outdated information. PSD seems to be unsupported now and even if you categorize it as a "generic file" it can not be uploaded, contradicting your help files about supported file formats. It seems like uploading HTML is not allowed as well as PSD. For no reason given according to your support team.
Are you going to do anything about this? Because I want to provide my customers with a PSD template file and CANNOT do that, although I'm currently paying for the privilege to be able to upload files for downloads (except HTML files).
