"You left items at checkout"how to translate these emails?

Hello, I am going crazy over the whole language situation on shopify store... I have a single language, no unpublished languages. Certain things are in english, this is not the store language and the things that are in english are not coming from untranslated apps.

For example the emails that go to customers when they abandon carts "You left items at checkout" the whole mail is in english 

"

Your cart is ready for checkout

Items left in shopping cart

"

etc

how do I translate this? Where to find the file? this is not a default theme content situation so it seems, couldnt find it there. also couldnt find the line in locales folder of my theme.

there are also other things that I am unable to translate. like shipping profiles (that came from an app)

I tried exporting the language, editing the csv file and importing it back, it was always successfully imported, but no changes to the language were made.

the first part "You left items at checkout" seems to be coming from an app called Shopify Email https://apps.shopify.com/shopify-email but not sure how to translate the files. the second part, the shipping profiles, I have found them in default theme content, but using the Translate & Adapt App or editing the csv language file, I am unable to edit the language. the web view wont let me.

Managed to find out how to edit templates in the Shopify Email, but the Shipping profiles are a mystery.
