Ran a URL report & there are THOUSANDS of URL's that I did NOT create on my Shopify store

I ran an SEMRush report - 

There are literally THOUSANDS of "new" URLS created by Shopify.

It's affecting Main / Product / Collection / Blogs... every page!

For example, if there is one product page, it will look like:

MyStore.com/products/stand-up-desks

On my report, it looks like this:

How can I fix this???
