Random Button wont appear in theme editor? Cant Remove it?

Hi.

Im have a store running a custom product that requires customers to upload photos. I have an app that gives the customers a button (select photos button. YELLOW) that lets them upload pictures. Recently I noticed this strange orange button that says design pop up. I dont want my customers getting confused. This orange button will not show in theme editor. I dont know how to remove it.  I checked my apps and they are not the issue. I use debutify but this is not affilated with that.
