Re-opening store following pause and build

I have just returned from 2 months overseas. Before I left I put my store into Pause and Build and continued to pay the $9.00. Now I'm back and am trying to re-open my store. The help pages say to login as admin, click on settings, click on plan then click "choose a plan". I don't have that option on my screen - it simply shows the plan details "Pause and Build" and the payment method. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Are you able to provide us with a screenshot of what you're seeing when you login to your account? While on the 'Pause and Build' plan, you should be able to login to your admin without issue, and access 'Settings > Plan'. You should also see a 'change plan' button. I'd love to see if you can provide us with a screenshot of what you see when going to 'Settings > Plan' so we can provide some more assistance!

Hello Handcraftedbox,

You're right, the option to choose a new plan might not be readily visible on your screen while your Shopify store is in "Pause and Build" mode.

first,

Deactivate "Pause and Build" Mode

Once you deactivate the "Pause and Build" mode, Shopify will automatically redirect you to a page where you can choose a new plan. let me if it works.
