Read more button - Expand & Collapse

Hello,

For SEO puproses, I would like to have a collection description or rich text at the bottom of a collection template, but the problem is that it does not look good and user friendly when the text is a paragraph long. That is why I am wondering if we can display the first sentence or two of the text and then have a button like "Read more" or "Expand"  and then "Collapse". Is this possible?

It is possible to customize your theme and add a description to your collection pages. However, if you're not comfortable working with coding languages, then you may need to consider hiring a developer to assist you with this task. Should you need help finding a developer, then we'd recommend taking a look at our directory of certified developers on Shopify Partners. That being said, if you're doing this for SEO purposes, then you may also need to learn how to add metafields to your collection pages.
