Read More removal/ hide - Broadcast

Hi there,

We are working with Broadcast and are looking to remove the 'Read More'  which shows up in the description as it covers the rest of the text (which at times is very minimal). See here  We have tried some solutions from here but though they managed to remove the Read More they ended up cutting off the remaining text.

Would welcome any help.
