Hi, we have currently implemented usage-based fees in our application where we create a $0.00 recurring application charge and apply usage charge on this.
We have received the following during our app review process.
Ensure that your app is successfully activating charges once they're approved by merchants. Apps must activate charges within 72 hours of being approved to comply with our Billing API requirements. During our review it was unclear if this was happening.
We are using the REST API charges and based on our implementation, the user would proceed to approve the recurring charge and the recurring charge status would turn to active. We would then apply usage charge on the active recurring charge. Is there any other steps that have been missed out?
