Redirect

Good  Afternoon,

I have a domain that’s not fully setup yet , so I’m trying to redirect it to my shopify store when someone types in that website address.

I have managed to do that, but for some reason if you’re on any mobile phone or Apple product, it doesn’t redirect you.

I spoke to our provider and they have said it’s because our shopify store doesn’t have mobile access enabled. Is it possible to get this enabled somehow?
