Redirecting on error page instead of post purchase or thank you when have custom product in order

Hey, 

When having the custom product in the order, Shopify redirecting to the error page instead of post purchase page or thank you page.

In the attached video, the first order was placed without any custom product and seems all are working fine. 
Second order was placed with a custom product and as you can see it will redirecting on the error page. It should redirect to thank you page or post purchase page.

Right now, we are directing on thank you page instead of post purchase when having any custom product in the order.

I hope Shopify redirects to post purchase page instead of the error page.
