Referencing Admin API Cart ID in Storefront (Base64)

Hi there!

I'm facing a challenge trying to reference the cart ID from the Admin API in the Storefront. I've noticed that the cart ID format in the Storefront is different from the conventional format in the Admin API. In the Storefront, the ID is formatted as a base64 string.

My question is: Is there a way to convert or reference the Admin API cart ID in the Storefront API by somehow converting it to base64? If anyone has encountered this issue or has any suggestions on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate your input!
