Refresh theme announcement bar issues when adding a link

i added an announcement bar to my site but whenever i make the bar link somewhere it break the bar and header  to show half of the announcement bar. has anyone ran into this issue?

I've added 2 banners currently and it seemed to have fixed it. but i only want 1 static bann

Hi @DFTGames ,

I tried using the latest version of the Refresh theme (13.0.1, no Edit code) and did not get the error you described. I recommend you update to the latest version. If after updating you still have problems with the Announcement bar, you most likely edited the theme's CSS. Please check the CSS in the theme's Custom CSS:

or the theme's CSS files in the Edit code section.
