Refresh Theme - Email Form not working / and Menu item CSS

Hi @Sheesh_b , @oscprofessional 

1- Question # 1 ---> I have the refresh theme and I do not why the subscribe email form is not working.  When you put the email and hit enter it does not do anything, and the email is not even listed in my subscribed emails.

2 - Question #2 --> I want to change the color of one menu item only ( the item location is #4), how can I do that?

I am still trying to figure out why the email form does not work. is it @Shopity error or something I am missing?
