Refresh Theme: Heading and subheading Text not visible on Slideshow banner.

When I am trying to write anything as banner text heading or subheading or button link.

It does not appear over the banner image. I have tried, It is actually present when I inspect the element. I gave

z-index to the text elements still not working .
