Before connecting with us, please ensure your shop has been deactivated and your subscription has been canceled. To complete this, you can check out our Deactivating Your Shop documentation as it provides step-by-step instructions.
It outlines however, that you can:
From your Shopify admin, go toSettings>Plan.
Select a reason for the deactivation, and then clickContinue.
Enter your password, and then clickDeactivate now.
