Remove Product Option ID and Option name from check out cart

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the check out process on my Shopify site. I am using a gift box builder app and when the costumer reaches the Shopify checkout / payment site, there's a lot of information displayed on the right side, including the Product Option ID, the Product Option name etc. I would like to remove all those confusing numbers so the costumer only can see the Product name and quantity. Can anyone help? Would be very thankful!

If APP is adding any data information to product you will not able to do anything with it.

But yes of you could edit the things the you can hide things.
